The second bullet points says that a person makes 14 cycling trips per year.

1% = 14
100% = 14 x 100 = 1400 trips.

This is per year though.
We need divide this by 52 to get per week.

1400 / 52 ~ 1400 / 50 = 28 trips. This is approximately 27.
